POLICY

Business Principles and Code of Conduct

Our Business Principles set out the ethical framework within which we work. Our Code of Conduct provides more detailed guidance on what our Business Principles mean in practice for how we work. Our Business Principles and Code of Conduct apply to everyone who works at Xstrata and must never be compromised. We have an independent facility for employees, business partners and others to report any concerns about our activities & we will be there to address any concern reported by any one of our customer. We will be happy on our positive reporting on our functioning or any weak points of our industries by any client at any point of time because it will give us opportunity to improve our system to give you better services.

Each of us is personally responsible for making sure that our business decisions and actions comply at all times with the spirit as well as the letter of this Policy. If we have questions about the application of a standard, or if we are confronted with a situation that presents an ethical issue that is not addressed by this Policy, we seek guidance from the Company’s General Counsel. Our policy aims at clients friendly environments and client satisfactions.

All supervisory and management employees, including its Managing Director and Directors of the Company, have a special responsibility to lead according to the standards in this Policy, in both words and action.
